Charlotte is a Chartered Building Surveyor with six years’ experience within the construction industry.  She began her surveying journey in 2014 as a Rights of Light and Daylight/Sunlight Surveyor, providing advice to Clients on various London developments.  Charlotte undertook a Masters Degree in Building Surveying in 2017, and subsequently gained experience at surveying practices in Central London and Twickenham, providing traditional building surveying services, project design and oversight within the Commercial, Higher Education, Care, Healthcare and Charity sectors. Since joining APA, Charlotte has taken on a number of exciting residential projects, provided advice to Clients regarding defect diagnosis and remedial works, and provided 10 year planned maintenance programmes for various prestigious buildings in London.
