Contract Administration – Planned External Works (2019)

Instruction:

Working alongside a large private residential care home client, APA have routinely been appointed as the Contract Administrators for a variety of planned external works on the clients portfolio contained within the South of England.  The range of works include full repair and redecoration of the building fabric, dormer replacement works, re-roofing and flat roof overlay works and window replacement contracts.

Contract Value:

The project values range from £40,000.00 up to £200,000.00+VAT, with the total value of the contracts undertaken to date equating to circa £600,000.00+VAT.
