Instruction:

APA are the appointed Contract Administrators for the proposed external repair and redecoration works of three lightwells and 4 rear elevations of a Grade II Listed residential building containing 45 flats.  The building forms part of a group of buildings known as Albert Hall Mansions, which are sited to the east of the Royal Albert Hall and positioned within Knightsbridge Conservation Area. The buildings were designed by the Architect Richard Norman Shaw, in a Queen Anne style, constructed in 1879.  The works include the full repair and redecoration of the building fabric including specialist cleaning of the façade.

Contract Value:

The contract value is circa £1,390,000.00+VAT.  Works are anticipated to commence in Spring 2019.
